Selecting the correct agent is the first step in the home buying process. Using a local expert (like myself) will allow you to navigate the market with ease, and make the entire process simple and seamless for my clients. I will accompany you every step of the way and provide you with expert experience and guidance while connecting you to appropriate financers to get you the best rates.
Viewing properties beings with finding the right ones that match all the needs for your dream home. As your REALTOR my goal is to find you the best on and off-market deals in your desired neighborhood. Before viewing a property I provide you with in-depth details on the home and neighborhood so you can make an informed decision.
Art of Negotiation
Once we have found your desired property we begin the negotiation process. My job, as your real estate agent, is to ensure you get that dream home - at a price that works for you and meets your conditions. We begin with writing an offer that states our price and conditions. As your REALTOR I will ensure this is not too high or too low and reflects the market value. From there we will negotiate a winning offer and get you your property.
This is the final step in closing your deal! There are few things in the world I enjoy more than handing you, my client, the keys to their new home. My job here is to ensure the close goes smoothly and we meet our conditions. Once we have our contract accepted and in place is where I take care of the many administrative details on your behalf. I will work with the selling party, your mortgage broker and finding you a real estate lawyer, insurance agent, licensed home inspector, and moving company, etc. I will use my extensive network in the real estate scene to ensure you're working with only the most reputable professionals and companies.
