Steps to Selling

I will help you prepare, price, and market your Fraser Valley or Greater Vancouver property. I work hard for my clients and guarantee quality service and professionalism. You can count on me to be transparent and honest every step of the process. I’ll show your space to qualified buyers and skillfully negotiate on your behalf to secure the best price and the quickest closing.

 

Step 1

Selecting the Right REALTOR

"Why am I your best option?" The best way for me to answer this question is through a personal consultation. This is where I will go in-depth to explain current market conditions, trends, and provide my marketing strategies and skills tailored to get your property SOLD. It will also give you a chance to ask all of your questions.

Step 2

Pricing Strategy

After conducting a thorough and accurate pricing analysis I will help you decide on a listing price. This analysis includes comparable market trends, leveraging my experience, and most importantly evaluating YOUR property to determine its market value. Accurate and appropriate pricing is essential to the sale of your property, you don't want to be priced too high or too low. After finalizing the price we will develop and present our professional marketing strategy.

Step 3

Marketing Your Property

In order to market your property, I will leverage my marketing background and create a plan that stands out from every other listing. Firstly, I will determine all the selling features of your property. Secondly, through the use of effective media, we present and communicate these features. Our plan includes social media, professional photos & tours, MLS advertising, floorplans, & more. Lastly, we spread the message to sell your house quickly & for top dollar!

Step 4

Listing Time!

This is when we list your property on the market. The listing process begins with posting a for-sale sign, but by no means does it stop there. I will start booking showings, hosting open houses, and provide you with weekly market updates. Then before you know it your house will be sold at top dollar!

Step 5

Offer Process

Offers will soon start to come in after being listed. This is when I will use expert negotiation skills to help you negotiate the best price possible for your home. Price is not all that matters in this step, I will work effortlessly to secure all your best interests. Practice and experience are key when negotiating, both qualities I have mastered through closing deals across the Fraser Valley.

Step 6

Finalize the Sale

After the acceptance of the offer is when your dream becomes a reality. As the buying party works to remove subjects and finalize the contract, you will be on the way to moving into your dream home.
